Camera working OK, but can't access to any configuration pannel?

The camera is working ok, night & day, including in Homekit. But when try to access to any configuration option, tried from iPhone, Macos, Windows & Android, any option is showed, only a white frame and the green circle in movement.
I have tried to uninstall the app at IOS without success.

What can I do?, maybe my account has not been created correctly.

The cam is new, installed yesterday, and only showed this controls 2 times at first, but since then, it has been impossible to configure any security option, settings, etc.
