Today the Welcome gave the message that the connection is lost. So through the app tried to reconnect to my wifi. The installation comes to the point that it connects to my WiFi and then tries to connect to the Welcome but I get the message that an unexpected error occured. I have tried it several times but everytime the same message at the end. What can I do to reconnect the Welcome so it workshop again?
Sending an e-mail to Netatmo support doesn’t work on the support site. Very disappointed with their support.

See in your router, what channel is selected for the 2,4 ghz Wi-Fi, rights channels are 1, 6 or 11

Is that so difficult for Netatmo to have a "more" understandable message? some kind of message number?
The "doesn't work" is NOT enough at all for a high cost device...
Got the same message while installing the camera for a friend, i have one which did connect without any prob, but spent one hour on a ladder to try to connect my friend's one ...
