camera always switches off

The camera is a good thing, but I think so far with some problems.

In the first weeks it worked fine but now it permanently switches off for ... minutes, half an hour, hour... and restarts again. First I thought the WIFI net would be a problem (while we were on holiday), but the neatmo weather station was still reporting. So I think there might be a problem of overheating...and the camera switches off!!!???? Anyone with same problems

same problem here, but I do not think it's a problem of overheating, the notification that is returned is "disconnected camera." This probem occurred last week. I tried to re-configure the camera with the appropriate application, but at the time you submit the changes experience a connectivity issue absent. I think it's a problem on the server side.

I've just installed my Welcome camera for the first time.

Everything went fine, viewing via Win 7 PC Chrome browser and iPhone, for an hour.

Then the camera switches itself off.

Any ideas welcome to cure this.

I have exactly the same problem. Video not possible the camera is not on.
A little Time is it okay, the also off line.
In the black Windows whas short "Network error http status 404" this i have one Time.... ???

Hi All,

New unit installed today, same problem - video for two hours and now nothing - 'Video Unavailable - Camera is disconnected'.

Nothing has changed with the unit (configuration). Interestingly it is still registering faces, but the video is unavailable.

Please could someone advise whether this is a unit problem or Netatmo Server problem.

MAC number: g15c3ce Firmware: 40

Update, as soon as I sent this post, it came back. An outage of 1 hour and 37 minutes. Can someone please explain what is going on? Has anyone else found a reason or explanation?

Exactly the same today (as my post yesterday and quoted above), and almost the same time - currently unavailable.

Is anyone else suffering this? Does anyone have any advice / experiences?

I think we are all experimenting the same déconnection problem.

But nobody at netatmo is communicating on that.

I don't think Netatmo tech support view this forum very often....

They should learn that to build an enthusiastic customer base it's worth making an effort on this aspect of their business.

did you use the changer provided by netatmo?
I had same problem before when I change my charger with other product
