TAG definitly not connecting up to 80 meters

Hello,

The distance thats the tags can cover is very disappointing. The third tag I'm using is connected to a gardendoor outside the house. I measured the actual distance, it's within 10 meters. The signal is about two stripes, but the tag is losing connection several times a day.
I removed and installed batteries again, change the position (vertical, horizont), but the connection remains very unstable.

I made the same experience.

I opened already a ticket and currently waiting for support feedback.

However, if it is not possible to increase the distance I have to return the tags.
Unfortunately, I do have any usage scenario in the same room where the camera is already placed.

Same here. Very disappointing.
It's only possible to use the tags within less than 10m. Anything more causes connection issues. Sad.

Same here. Distance is unbelievably bad. Signal does not reach more then 8m outside. Yes the Tag is in a metal mailbox but which mailbox is not metal?
I get 2 stripes on reception but calibration always fails unless I get it indoor like 2m away...

same problem here.... thought that the tags were faulty at first, but found out they work if they are directly near the camera (1m) ... i dont think there is a way to fix this... 80m never ever... not even 10m to my mailbox which is of course metal but exactly the same as they show in their ad...

Camera works very properly, same problems here with all three tags. Tried all your suggestions - no effect. As I do not got ANY reply to my mails (very disappointig as beeing a client !), I have to give the tags back.

Could please provide me with hints, how and where to send them back to receive the money ? Thanks !
