And another user here with the same problem as all the above users.
Live View is fine but zero detections which is the whole purpose of purchasing this security device.
Looks again like we have been dumped with an untested beta version or does it think we are all Pets.....

Greetings from Germany - same problem here, Live view works, but no detection movement and also no feedback from the tags when a door or window is closed. Status of tags is displayed ( not always correctly though ). Urgent fix of software needed !

Same here, but there are recordings. in the Welcome camera, simply they are not displayed, both in the app and on the web.
If I restart the Welcome camera I start seeing the passed alerts.
Something must be wrong in the firmware v169.

Here the camera disconnects many time a day, and when it's working, notifications are not in real time. Unbelievable.

Same here, live view works but no detection since the update. I am thousands of miles from home on vacation and was monitoring my pets, pet carers, building work and workers, now I can do none of these and am very frustrated indeed. What genius releases a forced major update on the week when many, many Europeans vacate? Not only does this mean you are putting you users at risk for the one time of the year that they really need it but I suspect you are also short staffed in your support and Development departments! Unbeliveably bad planning.

Same here. From UK, on holiday in Spain and cannot get detection or movement alerts! I need to check that the cat is properly looked after! Please fix this ASAP.

Same here! Not good for a "security device". My programs that access the API for both the welcome cameras and the weather stations have also failed!

For several hours there's been a service interruption that affected notifications, events on the timeline and the installation process.
Our engineers have reestablished service by 4pm today. You can now install and use your cameras normally.
