Welcome still not working. Presence working.

I would like to have local access too, in case of cloud/network failures.

UPDATE: now Welcome is working all of a sudden but with profiles resetted.

Also mine it's still not working. My camera is disconnected, and when it's connected, it doesn't have real time notifications. When I open application on desktop is completely black with this message: "Cannot load M3U8: no EXTM3U". Sent email Friday to Help center. Waiting feedback.
