Hello everyone,
Thank you for your messages.
Yesterday evening, from 7:00pm to 10:00pm Paris time, our servers faced an issue which impacted few products. The connection was lost for those devices.
We've found the origin of the bug and fixed it in order that it does not happen again.
Everything should now work normally.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Hello Brieuc, thank you for the explanations. It is necessary to verify what is happening, because yesterday was the third day followed with problems, almost always at the same time.

By the way now, will there be any firmware update?

On the other hand....if it is going to happen from time to time on regular basis, it will destroy the reason I have bought and invested lot of money into Netatmo system...(Energy and Security)....mainly.

Hello Brieuc,
thanks for the clarification on what happened to your service.
Just a quick question: are you at Netamo planning for a sort of “emergency mode” to allow people to manage your products (mainly Energy ones) even if the servers are not reachable or the user have issues with the internet connection?

Hello Brieuc,

The service keeps going up and down: often I can't access to updated datas from the App Android and neither from the PC (from different networks).
Furthermore the commands manually given (increase/decrease temperature) became more and more slow to be "received" from the Thermostat: at the beginng it was almost immediate, not it takes minutes.

My home network works perfectly since I can easily use some other services from outside (FTP, webcam, etc...).
What's up?!
