Hi,
I just realized that all my data previous to 16th of October of 2016 is lost. Neither appears in the Web or if I try to download it in CSV... nothing...
Of course my station has been working since beginning of 2016, so it makes no sense that all that data has been deleted.
Does anyone else have this problem?

After 1 month and a half, the only thing I got from Netatmo support is that they are still investigating the issue...

Update: Netatmo support finally admits that they don't think on recovering the data, and its investigation was only to know the cause of the data loss...
In short, the worst support ever... If I knew, I wouldn't have bought the netatmo station. Luckily, I know it, so I won't buy now any other Netatmo product...
