Hi all,
my outdoor sensor (firmware 44) reports a red battery symbol (battery low) and does not submit any data anymore.
I have replaced the batteries multiple times and also restarted main station but no change.
Is the outdoor device faulty?
It worked for several years....
thanks
Mike
Outside sensor shows 0% battery, replaced already x times
Re: Outside sensor shows 0% battery, replaced already x time
Did you wait the 30seconds+ that is required? the green LED flashes when the batteries are inserted only when you wait for 30 seconds before putting new ones in.
Re: Outside sensor shows 0% battery, replaced already x time
may same as me..... when external temperature is under 4°C ... external model loose connection .. (very bad news for an external sensor... approaching winter..)
I only take off battery.. put it in (waiting a little between those operations of course) .. put the sensor near the main module... and wait about 10 minutes..
and miracle when external module is warm.. it works... but external module shows temp. > 10°C )))) not very useful.. then put it back outdoor.. and wait for next adventure...

Thanks for your reply, gents.
Yes, I have removed the batteries for 2 minutes. The module is inside for two days no.
No luck.
I have also written to Netatmo support (2 days ago) but no reply yet.
Very disappointing.
thanks for your help
