my cam always disconnects and reconnects with firmware 253 but ping is permanently ok from my workstation to the cam, no ping drop or timeout.
AND WHY DOES IT TAKE UP TO 3 HOURS TO BRING IT BACK ONLINE ON THE WEBINTERFACE OR APP.....
for example, the app mentioned the cam has disconnected on 09:00 o clock and is connected again at 12:00 although no ping to the cam has dropped?
Netatmo that is not by design is it?

Are these issues in the Netatmo Security app or through Apple Home? I am seeing constant disconnect/reconnects in Apple Home (since firmware 272 update I think) but the Netatmo App does not experience the same issues.

I have the same problem.
4 out of 5 cameras updated to FW 272, one stuck at 253.
Recording only works intermittently, all cameras go online/offline during the hole day. It's a horror!
3 cameras stopped recording completely - the one with 253 and two of the others.
Update:
The 5th camera got it's update now. After waiting a few days, cameras see to be stable at the moment.
