Playback being capped to 720p??

Anyone finding their cameras limited to 720p playback? My connection is at max strength and I ran a speed test I'm at 100mb down/ 8mb up, more than enough?! Always got 1080p in the past, what has changed?

It's not all the time, but I am noticing 720p capping, ran a speed test on my network so I know it's not that, camera is again at max strength. I notice more in the evening 10pm onward GMT.

Do Netatmo servers throttle throughput under heavy load, thus dropping playback to 720?

I seem to be limited to 360p if I have understood the picture correctly. This is the figure shown in the middle of the screen during playback on the app on my phone. However, I do know that my Wi-Fi connection is a partial problem.

Still happening, must be over peak times/ server loads. As I'm on max signal strength whilst running 110mb download and 10mb upload?
