Hi All

I've purchased my first presence device. Everything seems OK except for the Microphone sound. It's a really loud white noise type of sound like the wind is blowing expressively but there isn't any wind. It also doesn't pickup anything when I shout at it. It doesn't record anything else. I tried to attach a video but it wouldn't allow .mov.

The app says the Firmware version is 135.

So my question is, is this normal or should I return the device for a replacement.

Well as much as I like the camera the customer service/support from
netatmo is non existent. I'll be returning.

Interesting, I have two presence cameras and both make this wind type white noise. I can still hear other noises over it. Just thought it was normal.

i had a Presence that also sounded like whitenoise. No other sound from the mic.
I got it replaced.

I have 3 presence and only one is very loud and noisy; i’ll contact the support
