Hi community & devs,
I have 3 presence cameras installed at my house.
Since beginning I have a lot of false-positiv detections, which got slightly better.
Sometimes the camera switches the light on while no event is recorded.
Developers said that it switches on the light until the detection is fully finished. Depending on the configured event it will let let the light on or switch it off, if its a false positive.
Now back to the problem.
The cameras never switch off the light again. It stays on the full 120 seconds, even its a false-positive.
Exampe: camera should switch on lights and record if there is a person.
All other events should be ignored.
My camera sometimes switches on the light when there is a cat. Nothing gets recorded, but light stays on...
This behaviour should be fixed. It happens on all 3 cameras and is really annoying.
After reporting and waiting 1 year light still buggy
Re: After reporting and waiting 1 year light still buggy
I think you misconfigured something. I also have multiple cameras and I choose netatmo specially for the fact that it does not flash the light when cats (or on our cases lot of foxes) are in the garden.
Re: After reporting and waiting 1 year light still buggy
Nah it doesnt turn on the ligt every time, but too often.
Re: After reporting and waiting 1 year light still buggy
And the event is identified as an "animal"-event and you configured to not turn on the light in case of "animal" events?
Re: After reporting and waiting 1 year light still buggy
There is no event! The light switches on, without any event.
Thhe category animal has no action, no light no recording.
Developers said that they sometimes turn on light until the detection is fully completed and turn it off if its not the right category. But the light stays on.
The configuration is turn on light and record if there is a human. Any other event should be ignored.
