Hello,

We totally understand your frustration regarding the situation and please be assured that we are really concerned about it.
Our products are designed to use our servers as a relay between your product and your application while you are away from Home. To get better performances, if the monitoring device is connected to the same local network as your product(s), a local communication will be established, however, for security concerns, your application first need to authenticate with our servers to check if you are allowed to access the camera.

When our servers are out, your application cannot access the camera as it cannot get the authorization from our servers.
Please be assured that we are doing our maximum to always improve our servers and services reliability.
