Echo on recorded audio?

Post by Pizzimperfect » 09 Feb 2019, 01:37

For a while now, the audio picked up by my presence camera is echoing. It's a strange distortion... What could be causing this?

I often experience the same. It appears to be a software fault. It is easily fixed by powering the camera off and back on again.
I have a wifi controlled switch on the power supply to my Presence camera, so I can do this remotely.
It's very frustrating that Netatmo don't seem to want to fix things like this...

Same here. It’s not the first thing they won’t fix! Starting to frustrate and causes that I won’t buy anything else from Netatmo.

Hi, we are rolling out v153.
Your cameras should update to the new version soon.
Please, let me know if after the update the audio issues stay or not.
Thanks,
Jofre - Netatmo Team
