No recordings

Hello Dear Forum members,

i have some issues with my Presence. I can watch the live Stream (Apple Home Kit). But i don‘t can See the recordings and i don‘t see all of the thumbnails. Do you know what is the problem? I have a router from the telekom (speedport pro).

Hello,
I have the same issue.
I can view the livestream and download the recorded videos but I can not stream the recorded videos and lot of thumbnails are missing. I also using a Speedport pro router now.
Is there a solution available now?

I still have the problem, can you please check that?
I don’t see all thumbnails and there is no chance to view the recordings.

Hello,
A new firmware is out for the Speedport Pro Router 07/2019
Now it is working for me.
