presence names and conflicts with radiator valves

Post by kthemall » 13 Sep 2019, 15:28

hi

i have 2 presence cameras

cam1 and cam2 which i named cam1 and cam2.
then i have 3 radiator valves (sleeping room, dining room and living room)

if i rename the house in the energy-app (on ios) then cam2 renames also to that name. so why is this so?

i think it´s a bug in those 2 softwares???
thx tom

Hi Tom,
Is it your camera or your home that changes its name?
When you use the same home for the cameras and the valves, the home will keep the same name if you change it on the otehr app.

i only rename the name of my home (in the energy-app) and then suddenly the second presence cam name also changes. vice verso if i change the name of that cam also my home name in the energy app changes.

thx tom
