Homekit Video Issue v165

My Presence just upgraded to v165.

The following issue occurs with my camera:

It is not possible to access the video live stream via the Apple Homekit Home App over a mobile network connection. I'm using an iPhone Xs running iOS 13.3
(Switching the light on/off works fine over mobile connection)

All works well in the local WLAN or via the Netatmo Security App (both WLAN and mobile network). Only the Home App over mobile connection fails.

I already tried to remove the Presence from Homekit and add it again, with no effect.

Has anyone else this problem and has a solution?

The issue magically resolved itself. It just started working this morning. Strange...
