Improved Wifi features of new Outdoor Cam with siren?

Hi all,

as there now was the new version of the outdoor cam announced.
Would anyone know if there is also improvements on the Wifi features / functionality.
Like using more antennas for better signal or also to support the Wifi features required for best Wifi Mesh support (IEEE 802.11v/IEEE 802.11k)?

From the technical spec comparison it looks the same, but maybe they did introduce some improvements.
If yes, great would be a reason for a reinvest, if not .... what a pitty (shame) ....

Update: just received feedback from Netatmo support:

It is actually the same hardware and software for the camera with siren (only for the siren part of course) so it will be compatible with same security modes and have the same wifi antennas.

So seems to be no chance for improvement taken here....
