No picture and the flood light has stopped working!

Hi,
Could anyone offer any advice on my subject issue please?
When I turn the camera on, I get the usual message on the App to say Net Cam connected and also the Live indication shows but there is no picture at all just a black screen (previously it has been working very well). Secondly, the flood light is off and the Red LEDs are no longer visible.
I have gone through the reset procedure but no joy and I have also been through settings but I can't seem to get anything to work (camera is enabled and the floodlight selected to auto).
Any help would be much appreciated.

Just browsing the forum as my parents camera has a problem with its Infrared leds too. Happened last night. Fortunately have got the detection and light coming on. Can you switch the light on and off? Using the switch that appears if you tap the three dots in the top right corner?

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. No, that does not work either which is odd I know. I'm sure it is not completely broken because if you turn the power off then back on, the light comes on for a few seconds then off and stays off.

Try a new SD card. Sometimes you have no error indicating the SD card is broken.

Thanks Schalkse - just fitted a new SD card but there is no change I am afraid.

Hoping someone else has had this issue and there is a solution out there somewhere??

All of sudden I have got the same problem. Night vision (red leds) out of order. I can switch flood light on and off and during a day everything works fine. I am desperate

I got the same issue: camera connected to the wifi; however black screen, floodlight nor infrared leds working.

By trial and error, in the end this sequence seemed to work:
1) disable everything: floodlight, monitoring...
2) unplug the camera; wait a minute; plug in again
3) camera came online again, next I enabled the settings again.
The camera has been working normally since.

It would be interesting if this does the trick for cams with the same issue...

Same here, and no response from the support :-(

i try the list from beert, but dose not work.

only if unplug the camera, wait and start again, it works for around one day

I have the same issue. The floodlight will not work at night. If I manually activate in the day it works fine but at night it doesn't work.

I logged a support ticket on the 19/10/20 and they're not particularly helpful.

We've had this camera for nearly three years and it's been working fin up until this point. I suspect firmware issues.

I have the same issue for the last few days.

I have reached out to Netatmo support via twitter but no response yet.
