Force firmware upgrade

I want to upgrade two cameras fw(189) to 194. How can you enforce this?

The problem is that these two cameras have sometimes a freeze of a few seconds during playback. With the two new cameras with the latest firmware no problems. Maybe because the are new? Maybe the firmware?

I also want to enforce a fw upgrade. One of my two Presence upgraded to v194 two weeks ago, the other is still on v184. What can I do?

Just joined the forum to highlight this same issue. I don’t know whether its related but each camera is on a different satellite of an Orbi Mesh network. They have both updated before though. I’m also experiencing the same issue with 2x thermostat firmware but that may be unrelated.

I have the same issue. One camera is on 198 and the other is on 184. I’m told this update occurs automatically and cannot be forced!!!!

How long do I need to wait??

One of my Presence cameras have updated it self to 194, shortly after the fw was released, and yesterday the same camera updated it self to 198, the rest are still on 184. Historically they all have been upgraded at the same time within a few hours.

Mine skipped straight to 198 from 184 this afternoon.
