Setup can not be completed completely

Hello, I bought 4 Presence camera in the set. 2 of these cameras have been performing well for 2.5 years. The other 2 cameras have not been in use and I wanted to get these up and running now. Setup starts, network is detected - but setup can't quite complete and so these two cameras don't show up in the app. I have attached pictures here in the order of the installation process. - after the last picture, the camera search process starts all over again - like in a loop. The problem is the same for both cameras. What can I do?

Do you have 2.4 and 5Ghz wifi or mixed (same ssid for 2.4 and 5Ghz)?
During setup, your iphone can jump from 2.4Ghz to 5Ghz and this caused something similar when I did the installation.
Make sure your network is not mixed and that your iPhone can’t connect to the 5Ghz network during setup.
Second things is that maybe you need to do a factory reset and start from the beginning.

The 2.4 GHz WLAN is known to me and I have disabled the 5GHz WLAN. With the camera, only the black QR code is included in the packaging and the red reset code comes as far as I know only when the camera has been successfully installed or in the app (where unfortunately the 2 cameras are not displayed to me). So at the present time I do not (yet) have a red reset code. Can it perhaps be that the now almost 3 years old camera (since this was not yet in operation) has an old firmware that is no longer compatible with the current app.

I had a similar problem earlier this year with a new camera that have been on the shelf for a few years. When I finally got it working after many tries. I think it was that I diden't waited long enough during installation after the wifi was configured, because I think the camera downloaded the latest firmware in background and updated it self. Because when it finally came online, it had latest available firmware installed.
