Did you manage to actually get a response from support ? It’s like the company has closed this forum has tumbleweeds blowing thru it

Yes, after about a week I got a reply from Netatmo support. My camera is now on 3.5.0 and behaves as expected again.

Also had a ticket opened and response in 5 days. They actually updated my firmware for the camera to 3.3.5.

The camera appears to be working fine, after 2 days homekit secure video started to work again, but the homekit detection is not showing all the events seen on the netatmo app/website.

So still work in progress I assume…

Interesting that some receive 3.3.5 and some receive 3.5.0. I wonder what determines which one of them you get.

Seemingly the information from Netatmo ("a new firmware that rolls back the previous detection algorithm but includes the latest security fixes") is the same for both.

My camera still hasn't updated and is still missing multiple events. Do you have to contact support to get them to force an update?

Yes, contact support and ask for version 3.5.0. Worked for me.

Today I have contacted the support and received really fast an answer, where they told me, that I will get a new Update.
Update was installed maybe 20 minutes later. Now my Presence has Version 3.5.1 installed.

If the lousy detection is still there with software 3.5.1 check the installed SDcard.

In my case on two cameras the installed 16 Gb Verbatim card was to slow to support the latest software.
Replacing the cards with a faster 16 Gb SD cards was the solution to bring back the function.
