Firmware and/or app update

Hello,
can you please confirm if the actual firmware version is still the v82 (Dec 8th 2016) or if a new update has been pushed ?
(I don't have yet a device to check)

If you are still at v82, Netatmo support: can you confirm when this update will be pushed and which main issues/fixes will it address (floodlight wrong activations, video quality, Wifi issues, reset issues, ...) ?

I am interested in the product but I won't invest a cent until some of the main issues I read in this forum will be fixed...

Hi jofre & NETATMO admins,

can you elaborate a bit more on which topics improvements and fixes you are working on for this new FW release ?

I fully understand you cannot or do not want to reveal the timing, but the contents of what shall be fixed or some priority list of topics must be existing and shall be shared with your mostly disappointed, paying customers of an expensive floodlight.

Sorry for changing tone and manner of communication, but since WEEKS this product is not reliably working anymore nor does it add security to your home or fulfills advertised features.
With the given and well documented multiples of incidents and numbers of affected customers this soon will hit the desks of consumer protection organizations.

Hello to all

I had several incidents as well. My presence device was several times a day suddenly offline or completely disconnected.

As a last attempt I removed the original sd card and replaced it by a fast SanDisk 32 GB card. Since then my presence works without any disconnections very stable. I cross my fingers...

Hello,

I have same Issue with my Presence, Cam disconnect many time since few weeks, need to disconnect Power wait few seconds and reconnect it to make it work again.

I've changed the SD card with a 16GB, but now it fails 2 time a day.

Can you share with us the exact model of SD card you use to make it realy work again?

Message to Netatmo support Team : this is really a shame to sell an expensive Camera with a so poor SD card, and without advertise customer about this kind of problems!

Hi

Anyone else that can confirm succsess by replacing the cheap SD card that came with this floodlight? ....sorry, let me rephrase myself since the word succsess is way to generously. A minor stability improvment or a little bit faster data transfer....anything?

arghhh...the video quality is so great Netatmo....IF THE YEAR STILL WOULD BE 1991! Seriously people....my old gen1 gopro camera is way better than Presence :|
