20+ "Disconnected" messages per day!?!

Hi there, I've had my Presence for a few weeks. It seemed to work great at first, now for some reason, I am receiving lots of Disconnected messages. 23 yesterday, a dozen so far this morning, some within minutes of each other. Any ideas on why it does that?

I got that too, only from IFTTT - send a message when Netatmo Presence is disconneted. From official Netatmo Presence app for iphone - no. So I turned off this applet and it is gone.... :D

Hi Vojta, yes if you turn off the notification you will not see the notification - which is great - but your camera is still disconnecting 20 plus times per day (you just don't know about it).

You Wi-Fi signal might be too weak. Contact the support team at https://www.netatmo.com/helpcenter/ to find a individual solution.

I have the same issue. I contacted support and hope for a reply. At the moment the camera is not usable. More downtime than uptime.

@Johan_Netatmo : If you replied with the the link because of my post: No real explanation what could be done this page.
No enties there concerning disconnects. The only possible point was to weak internet connection: in my case Wifi signal is 3 out of 4 on application (and the camera is 2 meter, with direct visibility and no obstacle or Window, from the ap).

I too have a very strong wifi signal at the point of the camera. It is only about 20 feet from my router. For me at least, signal is not the issue.

Yes there is an entry for this -> https://www.netatmo.com/helpcenter/secu ... -faire/136 but also yes it won't help you a lot. You need to contact the support with the button at the bottom of the page. If you do so from this page that will help them classify your issue. Netatmo Forum can't replace the support team. With the right informations they can look at your camera which is impossible here.

Thanks, I did send them an email and did receive the automated reply that they would be contacting me.
