No detection of cars anymore with firmware 101

Since firmware update 101 my camera no longer gives me notifications of cars anymore. Animals, People and Other Movements still works though. In other posts on this forum I am seeing other people experiencing the same issue. Johan or Brieuc can you please confirm this an issue with the new firmware? Is anyone else having this issue as well?

Just weird, as of this afternoon I am getting cars notifications again. Hopefully it keeps working.

I have 2 cameras and since the 101 update neither recognise cars so must be an issue somewhere.

I can confirm this issue on my new Netatmo Presence.

I'm a new user and installed the camera 3 days ago. Persons and animals are detected without problems, however up to now neither vehicles nor other movements are detected.
I first thought, I'm the only one, but now see, that others have the same issue...

I already tried to disconnect the camera from power and restarted without effect. I also tried to set detection of cars in the settings to ignore, waited some time and activated it again, unfortunately no effect. What else could be tried?

Looking forward to a solution...

Magically this morning the first car was detected (YAY! ) while our entrance gate was open, see screenshot


See here how the alert zones are defined:


Later while the gate was closed (and usually it is closed), no detection of cars anymore...
Maybe this will help you to identify the problem...

I also had some problems. Restarting it solved the issue (I have the luck that the Presence has it own switch in my circuit system box).

Wait!! How did you do 2 boxes for the detection area, I didn't know you could do that, thought it was just the one??

Just hit the (+) icon, you can define up to 4 zones

Just wondering if there are any updates on this as it's now been over a week with no resolutions.
