I have restarted the Presence and be appeared the events lost since last night in the timeline slowly (and the new ones that are created now) but I still not receive any notifications.

With this fall of the netatmo servers I have noticed that the camera does not record in my local FTP if it does not have connection with your servers, which seems to me a very important security deficiency.

up and running now after a second reboot

it triggers alerts to ftp but no notifications on app or computer


update the app on the mobile and now everything is woking again

I can confirm another case of notifications no longer working. None of my 3 cameras gives any notifications, uploads to ftp/dropbox or events on the timeline. Live-view works, and the flood-light is triggered when a person is seen. (as configured)

I suppose there are problems on the server-side of netatmo, but this gives me concerns that the detection-method used is server-based and not in the cameras? Otherwise the ftp-upload or dropbox would still work. (This is contradicted by the fact that the flood-light is triggered. But why is ftp or dropbox upload not working?) Will this mean that my home surveillance will stop working if the internet connection drops and no recordings will be stored or uploaded?

No notififications and no Record Ing as a bonus :(
What a reliable security camera and Usual silence of Netatmo crew. Never ending problems and I will never make the mistake again and buy Netatmo product again. Enough is Enough.

Netatmo knows why they're keeping this forum from beeing indexed...

And all this because some lazy programmer is enjoying some wine and cheese instead of doing his work...

I'll give Netatmo some time to deliver a solution for using the cameras locally without their servers, if they can't do that, I'm returning both Presence and Welcome.

same here - no notifications. My indoor welcome ist ok. The three presence-cameras are "off" since yesterday. No reaction from support....
