Same here, Home shows unknown but home coach app shows correctly..

I’m getting tired of waiting... I’m seriously considering getting rid of the healthy home coach and replacing it with an Eve Room... they messed up the homekit air quality sensor with firmware 48 and don’t even mind on fixing it!!

What is going on? Can you pls fix this issue or roll the firmware back?

now it's been half a year since we reported this issue. Interesting, how companies work nowadays. i think I should adjust my work-life balance accordingly...

It’s incredible... I don’t even mind just going back to the previous version don’t know why Netstmo doesn’t do anything

Whats the purpose of an Air Quality Monitor, when it doesn't know the air quality? It's been months now since the first report.
This device is useless.

Our engineers have now fixed the situation.
The v50 firmware will be on your HomeCoach very soon.
