No devices linked to your account?

I’m doing some testing with a Healthy Home Coach, I’ve set it up through the mobile (android) app, no problem there, however when I visit it says ‘No device linked to your account’. I’ve tried to go through the process of installing a new station through software downloaded from the site, but the wizard doesn’t detect the device when it’s plugged into the computer. From the instructions, it seems that setting up through the app is preferred, and that web setup is only a fallback, so I think the device should be associated with my account, but as I say it doesn’t show up on this site.

I’m trying to test the SDK using the iOS app on, I get the same error ‘no device associated to this account’. How can I fix this issue?

This is normal as the Healthy Home Coach only supports the mobile application (not the web app).
