If it can be done then only by Netatmo support.
You could try to contact them directly about this manner through the website.
Home: Weather Station (V3 + Rain & Wind Gauge, 3 additional Indoor Modules, Shield), Valves Starter Pack + 7 Valves, Video Doorbell
Office: Thermostat (V2), Healthy Home Coach, Smoke Alarm, 2 2in1 Sensors

Is there a way to downgrade? The update broke another thing: before v48 firmware the HomeKit co2 sensor were update more often, now have to wait the 10 minutes update as per home coach app. Not good, I have automations based on readings while a window were opened...
Can you tell me how often it was updated? Because I started some automations in v48 and I don't have v45 experiences.

In HomeKit and with v48 every 10 minutes. But before it was updated in HomeKit every 2/3 minutes

Now also stops responding every three days and requires a power cycle to get it to work again. Please fix by releasing another firmware

Is there any news on a firmware upgrade? v48 definitely has a homkit bug...

It's been a quarter of a year since we reported this issue. The latest firmware 48.0 has a bug which renders the air quality sensor unusable in HomeKit. Netatmo, when are you in the mood to fix this?

I think that the best thing we can do is open a big request from within the Home Coach app. I’ve done that, got a response from Netatmo to delete the device from homekit and re add it. Since that didn’t work I reply and got a response saying that “they’ll look into it”.

Don’t think that forum posts will do anything, proper claim through proper channels may will... if they see enough people with the same problem...
