Installing Netatmo Healthy Home Coach

Hello,

I recently received my new Indoor Climate, but I have trouble installing it on my private wifi network. Telenet is my internet provider, so I can't access my router directly. I can go to "mytelenet.be" to change those connection settings.

When launching the app Home Coach, it tries to connect to my wireless network, but then fails with the following message (translated from Dutch):
"Your phone could not connect to Healthy Home Coach at this moment"
"An unexpected error occured. Please try again"


When opening the list of devices that were connected to my router (via mytelenet), it now also displays my NETATMO device!
However, the connection still fails towards the app 'Home Coach'

Any ideas?
