Hello,
Just plug Healthy Home Coach to power, and press the touch button for at least 12 seconds, until the LED blinks red.
Then, confirm you wish to factory reset by touching once the button: the LED should become solid red, the factory reset is done.

Is it the same procedure for welcome camera and the weather station aswell?

Hi,
No, it's not the same process for Welcome and the Weather Station:
- Welcome: the reset button is located in the application settings (Settings/<Name of the camera>/Reset this camera)
- Station: the factory reset can only be done by us, at support. However, you can always delete all collected data through the web app (my.netatmo.com) > Settings/Advanced settings/Delete measurements, and then remove your access to this Station (Remove each guests access and finish with Administrators access). The only data remaining would be the Wi-Fi credentials, which would be automatically overwritten if the Station is connected to another network.
