No data in the app
Strange but real sometime the app of home coach riveals no data. As wi fi connection was lost. But the Homekit app display all data. What can i do?

Hi,
The power supply unit of Home Coach has to be checked, it might not be stable.
If it seems to be OK, then please check also your router power supply stability, and your network settings.
If you still have random disconnections, please contact our Support through the online Assistance.
