If you submit a
request for a rain gauge to the data server, the server returns a timestamp for 'time_utc' which is always
30 minutes in the past. That means: if you run
at 20:15, the server returns a time_utc value for 19:45. If you run get measure at 20:16 again, the returned value for time_utc is 19:46. So, you're always 30 minutes behind if you trust the timestamp. That seems to be a bug as I do not see any reason for such a behavior.
