Welcome Webhook - outage?

The Netatmo API is a set of webservices allowing developers and third parties to access Netatmo device's data.

Thanks! Nice to read that it's only a temporary bug and not a new "feature" ;)

Still same behaviour, can we know when it works back as expected ?

It seems that the original behaviour is back again with no more events filtering.

Thanks!

Hello,

No more event recorded or notified since this morning, and no more Wekhook on two Presence cams and one Welcome. Last received at [07/Oct/2017:11:55:52 +0200].

Anyone with the same problem?

Webhooks came back again around midnight (b92.netatmo.net - - [07/Oct/2017:23:57:56 +0200]) and all previous events were updated on the timeline.

Today everything is ok.

I noticed that webhooks calls were taking more and more time (between 1 and 2 minutes after the live event).

I'm currently using them to ring a buzzer when my pets want to come in and when the window state is closed. When I hear the beeps, it's often too late and the cats have already left. I'm also using them with other patterns for people detection and with the welcome tag events in the mailbox.

Is it possible to reduce the delay after the events detections to get immediate webhooks calls?

Another very simple standard solution could be to add a syslog client in Presence and Welcome devices. I think it's a system native package. It could be used locally with no need of Netatmo Cloud (like the FTP client).

What do you think about this?

When I'm not at home, webhook send me an email with snapshot if Presence cameras see someone.
For several days now (if not weeks) I receive the email before the official Netatmo iOS notification...
