station jams - no data

For some reason my station jams regularly. :cry: (the last data recorded is from May 28th!!!!) I have to reconnect my i-pad to bring it back to life again. This is extremely inconvenient, when I m not at home to reset the station and I want to see the data. Is there a way to reset the station via remote web page?
