Thanks for your answer.
I think no device can be supported forever.
NOT SOLVED!!!: IOS-App no more working (iPAD 1/IOS 5.1.1)

You are, of course, right. But such a simple task should be available for much longer....
Being a computer professional myself I know for sure the constraints, nevertheless....it should be possible!

Re: NOT SOLVED!!!: IOS-App no more working (iPAD 1/IOS 5.1.1)
My problem.
Netatmo outdoor station failed (kept saying battery was dead)
Local Agent replaced both under warranty (Very efficient service)
I could not get new station to connect iPhone/iPad running iOS 15.7.7 and 16.5.1
"Support" did not resolve the issue after many weeks.
I stumbled across the fact that my old iPad (iOS 9.3.6) was connected
I tripped over the following solution
Connect the iPhone/iPad to 2.4 GHz
Install Netatmo
Once installed, you can reconnect the iPad/iPhone to 5 GHz band and Netatmo continues to work on the 2.4 GHz (as it used to)
Why did it work ?? well the old iPad could not connect to 5 GHz… and so stayed on 2.4 GHz whilst I was trying to install.
Forcing the newer iOS’s to 2.4 GHz solved the installation problem even though during installation the newer iPhone/iPad indicated it was changing bands and searching, then it timed out. (Maybe the iPhone was telling ‘untruths’ ?)
Hope this helps
