This is how it works:

Hi, just a question

Does it work individually, so that if I as an example buy 3 sensors then it only stops heating in the room where the window is open, but keeps heating in other rooms?
You can set any rule you want, e.g stop heating only in the room where the window is open or stop heating also in the other rooms.

Thanks, I bought an Rigali Eve sensor, and it works.. My only problem is that:

1. When i open the door in the living room, then the two thermostats shuts off ad expected an turs on again when i shut the door (fine)
2. But if the door is open at forexample between 0800 0900 and I have scedulet heating to change at 08.30, then it will start even though the door is stille open :-/

And what is this?

How does the open window sensor work?
Detection of open windows only works if:

The installation was done using Netatmo valves (with internal software with a version later than 78).
The Netatmo valves are heating up.

I have FW73, in the article FW78 is mentioned. Newest FW is still 73.

Netatmo, if you won't enable open window detection by the end of March 2019 latest, I will contact EU authorities as you are selling product without advertised functions, so it will most probably be classified as false advertising, resulting with fine. My patience waiting over a year has ended.

Hello everyone,
If you're interested to try before anyone else the new firmware which includes the Open Window Detection feature, please post here the serial number of the Relay to which your Valves are paired.
Have a lovely day!
