Where to get new M30x1.5 adaptors?

Hello,

You can not purchase new M30x1.5 adaptors by the Netatmo website. Only these adaptors are available onto the website from Netatmo:

Where can I get new M30x1.5 adaptors for the radiator valves from Netatmo or where can I get alternatives to the original ones (dimenson for internal thread of radiator valves is unknown and not mentioned onto the Website or manual)?

I wrote you via the helpcenter and I got an automatic confirmation of receipt via email on last Friday 12.01.2018.

The email subject of your automatic email confirmation of receipt was as follows:

"Re: [energy] - [Installation and prerequisites] - [de-DE] Helpcenter - [PZU-ZCVQQ-498]"

At the moment I deinstalled all my smart radiator valves due to the worn out threads of my 3 M30x1.5 - adapters. Can you please help me to get new adapters? I really want to promtly reinstall my 3 smart radiator valves to get back the maximal comfort gain for heating my home.

I have other experiences. I still got an answer from Brieuc, so at the moment I am very happy with the support from the Netatmo-team.
