ONE THERMOSTAT AND THREE VALVES, AND EVERYTHING WORKS WELL EXCEPT ONE VALVE

Post by perecamps »

ONE THERMOSTAT AND THREE VALVES, AND EVERYTHING WORKS WELL EXCEPT ONE VALVE:
I have assembled the Netatmo Thermostat at home, and 3 Smart Valves for Netatmo radiator, we use the thermostat for the whole house in general, and we have the three valves installed in the rooms.
The radiators use Giacomini valves, and of the three valves there are 2 that work perfectly, and one that cannot close completely. I have changed the Gemiani internal cartridge, I have changed the valve and it still does not close. The firmware on the three valves is the same: 85.
If I mount the manual control if I manage to completely close the valve instead with the Netatmo head, I cannot.
Is there any parameter that can adjust the stroke of the valve tappet, to ensure that it closes completely?
