How do I add 'missing' valves in 'empty' rooms?

Post by Netheredge »

Hi
I recently moved home into a house which has Netatmo thermostat, relay and valves fitted. In my haste to set up the system I somehow managed to delete 2 valves and now have 2 'empty rooms' according to my app- even though those rooms do have valves in them. I have reinserted all batteries and tried to configure these 2 valves to add them to the system but when I search for them the valves do not show up. How can I add these 2 'missing' valves to my configured network? Many thanks

Referring to Tommaso's post, the solution was to put the valve very close (~10cm) to the relay. The missing valves can then be paired from the app.
