Will you provide this firmware update to the oldest Netatmo Relays (Blue light and up to 5 valves).

This is very good news from Netatmo, but what I think it is very important to know for most of us waiting for the update it is IF the thermostat will be still needed OR the valves will be able to manage (with the relay new firmware) the boiler without thermostat.
Thanks
Hi,
The Thermostat will remain necessary to switch the heating ON or OFF, no matter if it's installed wired or wireless.
@ognyan: yes, the update will be deployed on all existing Thermostats

The new feature is currently being tested by our Ambassadors (beta testers), so it should be available very soon.
Thank you for your patience.
I would say it was about time for that information!
I tried several times to get information how to return valves, didn´t get returnlabel, unless i asked for it twice and has been promissed!
My patience is about to run out!
As in my eyes it was a clear error in design, Netatmo should take back the valves immediately, what else? What kind of support is this?
Waiting still for answer!

Hello,
sorry for my english i'm an italian man and i'm using google translate.
I bought 6 valves and 1 thermostat, installed everything and it works properly.
As I read about this post I'm not the only one having problems with programming.
I need only one radiator to turn on at a given time, and this does not happen with programming, but only if I manually force it (even from the app).
The strange thing is that to turn on the single heating of a valve I must necessarily operate another device, even by programming, and it does not have to be a thermostat so it works.
Have you also found yourself?

Hello!
Any news on this?

I really need this improvement since I use two heat source and the secondary one (fireplace) is in the same room of the thermostat. In this scenario, thermostat room will be always the warmest one and the valves become useless.

If necessary, I will be more than happy to join your Ambassador program.

Thanks in advance

Yes, it would be nice to let some volunteers join the Ambassador program a bit late... The heating period has started and the valves are useless in some cases...
