Valve not connecting anymore

One valve closest to the relay (only 5m) is not connecting anymore. Is there a way to factory reset a valve?
Already tried to remove batteries, but no luck.

Delete it from your home, either using the web UI or the smartphone app. Then using the app, 'Install New Product', Additional Smart Radiator Valve, follow the wizard in the same way you initially installed it. That should fix it.

Will try, but how does the valve know, because it cannot find the relay and already has a configuration?
It is not showing the wireless symbol.

I removed the valve from the config, even did a reset of the relay (actually added the relay properly as a bridge in IOS 11).

After leaving the batteries out for some time, I was able to add the valve, but by the end of the day it showed 2 dashes ( -- ) (so not an exclamation mark ( ! )) on the display again.
You also hear the motor moving every 10 - 20 sec and the display turns black and changes to the double dash.

It was also swapped with a Netatmo valve on another radiator, to rule out an issue with the radiator. Same issue.

I think it is not functioning properly, any suggestions before I return it?
