Valve not reachable

I often get the "Valve not reachable" for two of my valves.
I have 2 flat house ( which is not big) and the boiler is in the basement. The problematic valves are on the second floor in two of the bedrooms.
Is there any solution how to solve this?

I think of for communication between valves, so one valve can act like as transmitter for this one which don't have good coverage of radio signal.

I have similar problem - sometimes vales keeps saying valve not reachable (sometimes also for pretty long period of time - e.g. 1hour).
I'm living in not so big flat and have valves in four rooms that are connected together.

1. Are valves creating mesh network or all valves must be in direct communication with relay?
2. Do I need to add all valves at once so they can form best mesh network or addition one by one is same?

Hi everyone,
Same issue here. Just installed 1 thermostat + 5 valves and 1 relay.
I have a 3 floors house (50 sqm each), challenging situation.
3 valves 1st floor
thermostat + relay ground floor
2 valves basement

No matter where I put the relay, valves are connected randomly, but the thermostat is always ok...
E.g. relay 1st floor, no valve connected.
relay ground floor, basement valves connected OR only one of the first floor

Getting really frustrated here...

All the valves and thermostats "talks" directly to relay, they arent really able to create mesh network. Maybe 2 relays can fix the issue?

Hi,
I have never had problems with loosing connection entirely, but weak signal for some of my valve thermostats.
Try to move the relay around a little. I had great success by moving it just 50 cm from previous position and also was able to move it about 25-30 cm up from the floor.
Now it sits in my wooden TV bench, is completely hidden and I have 4-5 bars signal strength on all my valves. Actually 5 bars (max) on 3 out of 4. The last one have 4 bars.

Worth a try at least.
