I’m indeed giving up. I have better things to do in my life than correcting offsets and calibrating over and over again. Once you dare to think that everything works, one or the other valve goes nuts again.

I have the same issue with one of my radiator valves. After opening a window the temperature went down. Then the window was closed and the temperature went slowly up, but is now never reaching the set up temperature. Its heating non stop! I think i have the latest firmware installed, but like this you really not saving a penny. This open window detection feature is also still not available, which maybe would help a little bit. I think its time to fix this....... if its hardware, then they have to exchange. But somtimes it works lik a charm.

After removing batteries the actual temperature jumps up:

Having the same issue on 3 out of my 9 valves. Please assist as I have seen that this issue was not corrected.

again.........10 days later same problem again:
As a possible hint for developer: for me it always happens after i open the window to exchange air. After closing the window the set point is never reached and heating is on nonstop.

regarding Weather Station the temperature is reached soon after closing the window

I opened also a ticket, and support stated that this issue is because of opening the windows or something and to avoid this, we should drop the temp with 6 degrees before opening the window.

In my case, this wasn`t the issue, because the setpoint on the valve was 23 degrees and outside I had the same temperature or maybe more...

The big problem what I have seen, is that I was instructed to send the valves back for a refund so I don`t believe this should be an easy fix...

In my case, wasn`t exactly to live with, because instead of 23 degrees in bedroom, I had 27 ... so if this is happening to me everyday... this is not ok.
And that`s why I have choose to pay this much for an automatization instead of turning the valves on and off.

I agree completely with you! I just wanted to say that I can understand that it takes a while, that problems in software (hopefully in this case its not a hardware problem!) are identified and fixed and then deployed to thousends of customers all over the world. Even though I dont know how long this problem already exists? Of course this is a bug which needs to be fixed. Like this also me is not saving anything. Let's hope developers are following this forum and find a solution soon.

Well, I was offered a refund so I don`t have much expectations about fixing the issue, also hot weather is comming, so who will test if the problems are actually fixed?

Do we know, if this problem also exists if customers use thermostats instead of smart valves? I cannot really immagine that Netamo can leave this like that. Like this I even spent more energy because its never switching off and heating with 100%. Then I have better balance end of the month if i use a manual valve which probably is heating 50% non stop..... a manual thermovalve is more smart than this ones at the moment!
