This is example, how it works.

energy.png
- around 12:00, windows are opened to change air in the room, temperature decreased.
- then temperature is stucked
- at 17:00, boiler is on for a longer time, indoor temperature measured by valve is 19.8 celsius degrees

weather.png
- at 17:00 is actually 25.3 calsius degrees !!!!

now, it helps just to remove batteries, actual temperature measured by valve is corrected

PLEASE, FIX IT!!!

Has anyone been able to get a refund?
Same here. Support are useless and completely ignore valid proof (screenshots of valves heating when they were switched off).

I really wish I could get a refund!! I've taken to warning everyone about Netatmo, on every tech site

If we mention Brieuc_Netatmo in the this forum/posts maybe they take a proper look into it again. How that works? Can that someone do?

Then if they find a solution its ok, or we really need to get together and try to "contrain" them to get a refund. Like this this valves for me are useless:
- Missing open window detection (for me since March 2018 when i bought them)
- temperature stuck after opening window
- showing empty batteries after short time after new full batteries put in
- due to this faults NO saving of energy; on the contrary overheated rooms with more expenses

This are major "defects" and not that what the box promises

I spent lot of time with support engineer during last winter, trying to solve this problem. Support engineer = just forwarder to developers. No progress. Absolutely waste of time.

I like products like netatmo wather station with all peripherals , also thermostat is good product. But valves need improvements! I;m like a fool, every night, after changing air in the rooms before sleeping, I must remove batteries from valves to prevent sauna during night.

Brieuc -> is it normal? Whats your opinion?

Is there any news on this?
My wife is killing me soon with this. We have over and over again the same problem. Nothing on this valves is smart so far.
I like the idea, i like the website and the App, but its not working! I spend like this much more on heating, then it actually should bring.
This open-windows-detection was already written on the box, when I bought it a year ago and STILL not handling it correctly.
When i remove batteries and put it back, then its correct, so this software cannot be fixed finally??

Today again, heating all day long at 100% till i removed batteries.

Since the last update to version v203 and later to v210 i have to say, that it was not a problem anymore. Sometimes it takes a while till it gets the temperature again, but its not heating all day at 100% as it used to. I think the Open-Window-Detection brought something.

I have exactly the same issue that is coming back and back. I have to remove the bateries from valve and than the temperatur is corrected - very annoying. Real temperature goes very high - there is like in sauna in the room. Sometimes it happens once a week, sometimes it takes 2-3 weeks, but it is repeating. Actual picture from today morning attached. Usually it takes 30-40 minutes to heat the room to 21,5 degrees - small bedroom. Today the valve measured temperature is not really changing even if the heating is runing. Normal behaviour is on the second picture - living room example. We have central heating system so there is always hot water available. Any solution for this problem ?
