Brand new device and I am told its not made by Netatmo

SO I received by brand new devices ordered from Amazon.co.uk
The box was sealed and the unit was not powered up.
When I went through the setup the error message was:
Error
Accessory is not Netatmo manufactured

Does anyone have any ideas?

I assume this is a bug in the app.
You should contact Netatmo directly through the Helpcenter.

Hi sampsonij,

Great to see you've ordered a Smart Smoke Alarm. It is a great product!

Please try again to setup your product in the app. I'm still hunting this bug, but I am not able to reproduce it. Most often, a second try make it works smoothly.

So, please, keep me informed.
