I am experiencing the same issue.
It makes no difference whether the call back URL is defined in the application settings or sent as a parameter of the OAuth request.
This obviously breaks OAuth entirely as there's no way to retrieve the code to request a token.

Correct there was a bug in the authorization code flow.
This should be fixed now,
