Any news ?

Are you guys at Netatmo still alive/in business and work on a solution ? I have provided lots of info here and have an open case with customer support, but the radiator still happily heats the bathroom where it tells it is not. This is a waste of energy.

I appreciate all the feedback and effort you guys (customers) are putting in. At the very least it's informing others of us not to buy (until this is fixed).

The fact this problem has seemingly been going on for so long, does seem worrying IMHO... Why is it proving so hard to resolve if it's not something that cannot be?

Hi,
Netatmo seems to have found and fixed the issue. I was assigned a beta FW which - since yesterday - seems to run fine. I promised to further look into this and provide feedback but so far it is looking really good. :D

Hi,
send Brieuc a private message and/or open a ticket. If they need more testers, you will probably get the beta-FW. On the other hand: if the FW runs well, I think Netatmo will release it soon to everybody.

Same here. Valves simply does not work! My Thermostat SN is: 70:ee:50:09:fc:5a, valves S/N: o01493d, o014530, o014231, o0143ed. Most problematic are first two valves listed. Is this somehow related to the radio signal? Weakest signal valves have biggest problems. Thinking about to send back all valves, this solution vastes my money for heating!

I had this problem with one of my valves. The thermostatic valve worked but the Netatmo valve after calibration didn't completely stop the flow. I have bought new TRVs to fit in the offending positions. However, just the other day I experimented with the Lockshield valve, which was nearly fully open. I closed it two turns to reduce the flow rate and the Netatmo valve suddenly became able to cope and stops the flow completely with no demand. It's been running a few days now in this configuration and the radiator still heats up quickly under demand. I reckon my system wasn't balanced by the installers 5 years ago when fitted.

My valves do not close too, even after updating the firmware. It worked for a few day, but later they will not close fully anymore. Today even if i perform a manual calibration.

Please have a look for the temperature graph of room "Wohnzimmer":

The manual calibation was forced at round about 8:50.

Here are the relevant product infortmation for the relais and valves.

Please help me with this issue. At the moment the radiator valves are not reliable for me. :?
