Hi, my Welcome camera has a problem with night vision.
During the night, the recording is completely black and the infrared vision LED does not light up.
I tried to force the infrared night vision on "always" (instead of "auto"), to clean the lens, to reset the camera, but the problem remained.
I wrote a message via form to Netatmo 2 weeks ago, but no one answered me.
Can someone help me?

Same issue here. Must be a bug on Netatmo's side? Since this issue appeared after latest update for me at least.

Another camera (with the same fw 199) doesn’t have the issue.
So, how can i perform an hard reset of the camera? Normal reset doesn’t work.
When will the new fw be released?

Hi, If the IR doesn't light up on always mode it might mean that the IR led is HS. If so the camera will need to be replaced. In this case you need to contact the netatmo help center here -> https://www.netatmo.com/helpcenter/ They'll come back to you sorry for the delay response.

I've been experiencing same issues for a couple of months. What happened in your case eventually?
I've got my Welcome for 1 year and I was thinking of buying a few more.
However, I'm concerned about their long term reliability over the time due to this issue.
